Tree Service Website Design: Show the Experience Behind Every Tree Job
Tree Service Website Design helps property owners understand the work you handle and provide useful information when requesting an assessment.
Evergreen Web Solutions works with small crews and established companies. Review a free website preview before committing to the build. We turn your service knowledge and project material into the copy and design.
Explain the Scope Beyond the Main Task
Removal, pruning, stump grinding, hauling, and cleanup are not automatically the same scope. We describe the services and inclusions you confirm so customers know what to ask about.
Qualifications and credentials should also be precise. We use the current information you provide rather than applying specialist titles to everyone on the team. Availability and urgent contact instructions reflect your actual operations.
Make Photos and Forms Useful
Project images can show your work, equipment, and the completed property condition where appropriate. Captions explain the scope without making unsupported safety or tree-health claims.
The inquiry form can ask for location, the requested service, access information the customer already knows, and a brief description. The copy should not encourage anyone to approach a hazardous tree to gather measurements or photos. Your team determines the assessment and response needed.
Your Six Page Website and Price
The $2,000 website includes Home, Services, Service Area, About, Project Gallery, and Contact. The Services page groups your work clearly; the Service Area page explains where you travel. Separate service pages and individual city pages are additional work, quoted before we add them.
You receive original copywriting, desktop and mobile design, photo placement, a project gallery, email inquiry forms, basic SEO setup including page titles and descriptions, and two revision rounds. We work from your business information and ask you to review the details before launch.
A $500 deposit starts the project, with $1,500 due at launch. Hosting and management is $75/month, including hosting, security, updates, backups, monitoring, support, and up to two hours of minor edits monthly. New pages and larger changes are quoted separately.
You own your website and domain. We build in Duda, so a future transfer follows the relevant platform and account process. Email forms deliver inquiries to your inbox; CRM tools and automated follow-up are separate services.
See the Direction Before Committing
Start with a free website preview. Share your current website if you have one, your main services, coverage, and a few project photos. We use that information to show a proposed direction. Once the scope is agreed, we write and build the pages, collect your feedback, and check the contact paths before launch. The schedule depends on the scope and when we receive your materials and approvals.
A Process That Starts With Listening
“They took my feedback and translated my vision into exactly what I wanted that represents my brand perfectly.”
— Melissa Wuerl, Evergreen website client

How This Fits With Your Other Marketing
The build includes basic page SEO setup. Ongoing seo for tree service companies is separate work based on your market and search data. Your Google Business Profile should also lead to a website that reflects the same services. See our wider marketing approach when you are deciding where to start. You can also review our contractor website design scope.
Help Property Owners Understand the Work Behind the Request
A tree service website should make the offering clear without asking customers to become tree-care experts. We write around your services, actual process, and the information people need before contacting you.
Make Service Inclusions Easy to Find
A customer considering removal may also want to ask about stump grinding, hauling, or the condition in which the site will be left. Tell us how your company handles those questions so the copy reflects the real scope.
The included Services page groups the offering clearly. Separate detailed service pages can be quoted where each topic needs more explanation.
Build the Gallery From Confirmed Project Facts
A useful project description explains the customer's goal, your team's role, and the completed work. Photos can support that account without carrying the whole explanation.
We use your supplied material and current company information to write the About and project content. Your review keeps the details accurate.
Keep the Contact Route Simple
Responsive mobile and desktop layouts give customers access to the services, coverage, and contact options. The email form starts a conversation with a location and brief description of the need.
Customers should provide information they already know. Your team determines the assessment required and any further details to request. We check the contact paths before launch and include two rounds of revisions in the build.
Questions About This Service
Can the Site Clarify Whether Cleanup Is Included
Yes. Tell us how you scope debris removal and cleanup, and we will explain it accurately rather than imply every service includes the same finish.
What Do You Need From Us to Start
Your services, coverage, company information, usable photos, and feedback on the preview. You do not need to write the finished website copy yourself.
Give Tree Service Customers Clear Information
Send a few examples of your work and tell us what the website needs to explain. Start by seeing a direction you can react to.
