Turn a Portfolio Into Useful Project Information

We ask what the homeowner wanted to change, which parts your company handled, and what the completed project involved. Those facts become descriptions that support the photos.

If other designers or contractors contributed, we represent your role accurately. We avoid assigning every visible element to your team or inventing budget, schedule, or construction details.

Explain How a Project Starts

Homeowners need to know whether to arrive with plans, inspiration, or simply a problem they want to solve. We describe your actual consultation and estimate process so they understand what comes next.

A manageable inquiry form can ask for location, rooms or areas involved, the goals, and broad timing. It can open the budget conversation where appropriate without implying an instant quote. Services, warranties, and design responsibilities are described using the terms you confirm.

Contractor Website Design With a Six-Page Scope

The $2,000 website includes Home, Services, Service Area, About, Project Gallery, and Contact. The Services page groups your work clearly; the Service Area page explains where you travel. Separate service pages and individual city pages are additional work, quoted before we add them.

You receive original copywriting, desktop and mobile design, photo placement, a project gallery, email inquiry forms, basic SEO setup including page titles and descriptions, and two revision rounds. We work from your business information and ask you to review the details before launch.

A $500 deposit starts the project, with $1,500 due at launch. Hosting and management is $75/month, including hosting, security, updates, backups, monitoring, support, and up to two hours of minor edits monthly. New pages and larger changes are quoted separately.

You own your website and domain. We build in Duda, so a future transfer follows the relevant platform and account process. Email forms deliver inquiries to your inbox; CRM tools and automated follow-up are separate services.

See the Direction Before Committing

Start with a free website preview. Share your current website if you have one, your main services, coverage, and a few project photos. We use that information to show a proposed direction. Once the scope is agreed, we write and build the pages, collect your feedback, and check the contact paths before launch. The schedule depends on the scope and when we receive your materials and approvals.

A Process That Starts With Listening

“They took my feedback and translated my vision into exactly what I wanted that represents my brand perfectly.”

— Melissa Wuerl, Evergreen website client

How This Fits With Your Other Marketing

The build includes basic page SEO setup. Ongoing seo for remodelers is separate work based on your market and search data. Your Google Business Profile should also lead to a website that reflects the same services. See our wider marketing approach when you are deciding where to start. You can also review our contractor website design scope.

Help a Homeowner See Where Their Project Fits

Your remodeling website should connect the inspiration in your portfolio with the practical details of hiring your company. We build that connection through original copy, project descriptions, and a clear route to contact. Our web design process gives each project type an appropriate place within the agreed six-page structure.

01

Give Each Project a Useful Story

Tell us what needed to change, what your team handled, and which details can be shared. A short explanation can help a visitor recognize a similar need in their own home.

Where you have suitable before-and-after photos, we can use them to show the change. Finished images also work when their captions provide enough context.

02

Explain Your Remodeling Process in Plain Language

Your website should describe what happens after an inquiry. Tell us how you discuss the goals, assess the scope, and develop the next step. We write around your process and ask you to confirm the details.

The six-page package gives you a Services page and a Project Gallery. More detailed individual service pages or case studies can be quoted when they have a clear purpose.

03

Help Potential Customers Take the Next Step

A homeowner should be able to give a location, describe the areas involved, and explain their goal without completing a full project brief. We help choose manageable inquiry fields.

Responsive layouts keep that information and the portfolio usable on mobile and desktop. The free preview gives you a concrete direction to review before committing to the build.

Questions About This Service

Can You Write Case Study Style Project Descriptions
