HVAC Website Design: Help Customers Choose Their Next Step
HVAC Website Design helps customers find the right next step for a repair, maintenance visit, or planned system replacement.
Evergreen Web Solutions works with small crews and established companies. Review a free website preview before committing to the build. We turn your service knowledge and project material into the copy and design.
Make Availability Clear Before the Customer Clicks
Phone and inquiry options need accurate expectations. If urgent calls go through a specific number or schedule, we explain that. A standard email form should not look like a monitored emergency dispatch service.
We organize the services you confirm, such as heating, cooling, heat pumps, or maintenance. Brand affiliations, financing, warranties, and technical claims appear only when you provide the details and approve the wording.
Explain the Replacement Conversation
A replacement prospect may not know which system they need. Your website can explain what information starts the conversation and how your assessment works without asking the visitor to size equipment.
An inquiry might include location, the type of request, the current system if known, and the issue or goal. Project examples can explain your scope and the customer’s priorities. We do not estimate efficiency gains or savings from a photograph or a generic product claim.
Your Six Page Website and Price
The $2,000 website includes Home, Services, Service Area, About, Project Gallery, and Contact. The Services page groups your work clearly; the Service Area page explains where you travel. Separate service pages and individual city pages are additional work, quoted before we add them.
You receive original copywriting, desktop and mobile design, photo placement, a project gallery, email inquiry forms, basic SEO setup including page titles and descriptions, and two revision rounds. We work from your business information and ask you to review the details before launch.
A $500 deposit starts the project, with $1,500 due at launch. Hosting and management is $75/month, including hosting, security, updates, backups, monitoring, support, and up to two hours of minor edits monthly. New pages and larger changes are quoted separately.
You own your website and domain. We build in Duda, so a future transfer follows the relevant platform and account process. Email forms deliver inquiries to your inbox; CRM tools and automated follow-up are separate services.
See the Direction Before Committing
Start with a free website preview. Share your current website if you have one, your main services, coverage, and a few project photos. We use that information to show a proposed direction. Once the scope is agreed, we write and build the pages, collect your feedback, and check the contact paths before launch. The schedule depends on the scope and when we receive your materials and approvals.
A Process That Starts With Listening
“They took my feedback and translated my vision into exactly what I wanted that represents my brand perfectly.”
— Melissa Wuerl, Evergreen website client

How This Fits With Your Other Marketing
The build includes basic page SEO setup. Ongoing hvac contractor seo is separate work based on your market and search data. Your Google Business Profile should also lead to a website that reflects the same services. See our wider marketing approach when you are deciding where to start. You can also review our contractor website design scope.
Help Customers Find the Right HVAC Service
A visitor should be able to tell whether you handle their heating or cooling need and where you work. We organize the services around your actual offering rather than listing every system or job type a competitor mentions.
The site should also distinguish urgent service requests from planned installation or replacement conversations. We use availability and service information you confirm, without implying an emergency response you do not provide.
Show Completed Work With Accurate Context
Project photos can support the service information when the description explains what your company did. We ask for the customer's goal, your role, and the details that are appropriate to publish.
A finished equipment photo does not establish sizing, savings, or technical performance. You review those facts before they become website claims.
Make the Contact Route Practical
A first inquiry can identify the property location, the service needed, and a brief description. Customers should be able to find contact information and send an inquiry on mobile or desktop.
The included form delivers an email. It is not a dispatch system or a promise of an immediate appointment. Online booking, CRM connections, and automated responses require a separate scope.
Keep Future Expansion Clear
The baseline includes one Services page and one Service Area page. More detailed service or location pages can be quoted when they provide useful information. Ongoing search work is separate from the basic SEO setup included in the build.
Questions About This Service
Can the Website Promote a Maintenance Plan
Yes, if you offer one and provide the actual terms, inclusions, and pricing you want published. We will not invent a membership or promise priority scheduling without those details.
What Do You Need From Us to Start
Your services, coverage, company information, usable photos, and feedback on the preview. You do not need to write the finished website copy yourself.
