Check What a Customer Can Learn Before Calling

Open your profile as if you have never heard of your company. Can you tell whether it handles residential repairs, planned installations, commercial work, or a combination? Do the photos show relevant work? Are the hours and phone number accurate?

An electrical company can change considerably while its profile stays the same. You may have added charger installations, narrowed your travel area, changed your hours, or completed projects worth showing. We review the profile against the business you operate now.

What We Review During Initial Optimization

01

Categories and Electrical Services

We check that your categories describe the business accurately and that the service information reflects what you offer. A company focused on residential work should not imply commercial capabilities it does not have.

We review descriptions for clarity and relevant detail. We do not add every available category or fill your business name with search terms.

02

Coverage and Availability

We confirm the areas you serve and how your location should be represented. If you travel to customers and do not receive them at your address, we review the profile setup against Google’s service-area business guidance.

We also clarify hours and urgent-service claims. “Emergency electrician” is a service promise customers may rely on; it should match your actual availability.

03

Business Description and Website Connection

We explain your work in plain language and check the website and contact links. If the profile highlights panel upgrades but the website never explains them, we flag that gap.

Our electrician website design service can address a website that no longer represents your services.

04

Photos and Review Requests

We review the available photos and add suitable images supplied by you. We also provide a review link, QR code, and request messages you can send after completed work.

The aim is to make it easier to ask customers for honest feedback. Automated sending is a separate service.

Ongoing Management for 300 Dollars Per Month

01

Four Custom Posts Each Month

Posts can feature completed work, explain a service, address a common customer question, or share a relevant update. We use information you confirm.

For example, if your crew has completed a charger installation, a post could explain the project and invite customers to discuss their own installation. If there is no new project material, we can explain your confirmed service and estimate process without inventing a job.

02

Up to 15 Supplied Photos Each Month

Send recent, usable images of your projects, team, or business. We select and upload appropriate photos that help customers understand your work.

Photography is not included. Please supply images you have permission to share, without private customer details.

03

Up to 25 Review Responses Each Month

We write replies that acknowledge the customer’s feedback and reflect your business. Sensitive complaints are discussed with you before we respond.

This gives you support with a public part of customer service while keeping you involved when the circumstances need your judgment.

04

A Monthly Profile Check

We check business information, hours, links, services, and unexpected changes. We make appropriate corrections and update the services and descriptions as your priorities change.

05

A Monthly Performance Summary

You receive a plain-language summary of the work completed, available profile interactions, and the next priorities. We distinguish profile actions from confirmed inquiries or jobs; those are not interchangeable measurements.

What We Need From Your Team

You retain ownership of the profile and provide the access needed for management. We need accurate business information, confirmation of your services, and notice when hours or coverage change.

Recent photos and short project notes make the content more representative of your company. A message explaining what was completed and what the customer needed can give us useful material to work with.

We ask for your input before responding to sensitive reviews because we cannot know the circumstances of a job from a public comment alone.

Choose Optimization Alone or Continued Management

Initial optimization: $400 one time. This covers the profile review and initial improvements described above.

Ongoing management: $300/month. The initial $400 optimization is separate, making the first month $700 when you choose both. Continued management is month to month.

The scope covers one profile, four monthly posts, up to 15 supplied photos, up to 25 new review responses, profile checks and updates, review-request support, and the monthly summary. Multiple profiles or a higher workload require a separate quote.

If your Evergreen SEO agreement includes this management, you will not pay a second management fee for the same work.

What Profile Management Can and Cannot Do

Accurate information, useful photos, and thoughtful review responses help customers evaluate your business. Google’s local results also depend on relevance, distance, and prominence. No posting schedule guarantees a top position.

We use posts to communicate useful information, not as a promise that publishing more often will make you rank first.

If your main challenge is missing website content or weak visibility for specific services, SEO for electricians may be the broader work you need.

Make Your Electrical Services Clear Before the First Call

Potential customers should be able to tell whether your electrical business handles their kind of work. Panel upgrades, lighting installation, electrical repairs, and commercial services should appear only when they are part of your confirmed offering.

Your business hours and service area also set expectations. We do not describe you as an emergency electrician or imply immediate availability without your confirmation.

01

Keep the Profile and Electrician Website Consistent

A customer opening the website from the business profile should find matching services, coverage, and contact information. We identify gaps that make the next step confusing and explain which changes fall within profile management or separate website work.

High quality photos can show the electrical work your company completed, with descriptions based on your facts. We do not diagnose an electrical system or infer safety claims from an image.

02

Give Review Replies the Right Context

Customer feedback can help local customers understand the experience of working with your company. Replies should be useful and accurate, especially when a review involves scheduling or a disputed job.

Sensitive responses come to you for approval. The monthly allowance covers up to 25 replies, with review-request materials your team can use. Automated sending is separate work.

03

Know What the Monthly Activity Means

The summary explains posts, photos, checks, and available profile interactions. Your own inquiry records tell us whether those interactions became useful conversations.

Profile management is separate from paid advertising and broader search engine optimization. It does not guarantee search engine rankings, calls, or business growth. We keep the scope clear so you know what you are paying for.

Questions About the Service

Can We Start With the One Time Optimization

Yes. You can choose the initial work without ongoing management. Continued posts, review responses, checks, and reporting belong to the monthly service.

What If We Do Not Have New Photos Every Month

We can still prepare posts around confirmed services and customer questions. Photo uploads depend on the usable images you supply; we will not present stock photos as your completed projects.

Does This Include Google Ads

No. This service manages your Business Profile. It is separate from paid advertising and ad spend.

Will This Make Us Rank Throughout Our Service Area

We cannot guarantee that. Listing the places you serve helps describe your business, but distance and other local ranking factors still affect where you appear.
