Excavation Contractor Website Design: Show What Your Crew Can Take On
Excavation Contractor Website Design helps property owners and builders understand your scope, coverage, and the information needed to discuss a project.
Evergreen Web Solutions works with small crews and established companies. Review a free website preview before committing to the build. We turn your service knowledge and project material into the copy and design.
Show What the Equipment Is There to Do
We connect project images to clear descriptions of the work: preparing a site, shaping an access route, trenching, or grading, where those are confirmed services. The website should help visitors recognize their project rather than making them choose a machine.
Useful captions explain the initial condition, the work your team handled, and the resulting site stage. We do not infer soil conditions, drainage performance, engineering approvals, or underground infrastructure from photographs.
Make the First Conversation Better Informed
A practical inquiry form can ask for the site location, type of work, approximate scope, target timing, and whether plans are available. Customers can explain known access constraints without being expected to assess the site themselves.
We make the next step clear: your team reviews the request and determines what information or site assessment is needed. The form sends an email; it does not create a binding quote, a mobilization date, or an engineering opinion.
Your Six Page Website and Price
The $2,000 website includes Home, Services, Service Area, About, Project Gallery, and Contact. The Services page groups your work clearly; the Service Area page explains where you travel. Separate service pages and individual city pages are additional work, quoted before we add them.
You receive original copywriting, desktop and mobile design, photo placement, a project gallery, email inquiry forms, basic SEO setup including page titles and descriptions, and two revision rounds. We work from your business information and ask you to review the details before launch.
A $500 deposit starts the project, with $1,500 due at launch. Hosting and management is $75/month, including hosting, security, updates, backups, monitoring, support, and up to two hours of minor edits monthly. New pages and larger changes are quoted separately.
You own your website and domain. We build in Duda, so a future transfer follows the relevant platform and account process. Email forms deliver inquiries to your inbox; CRM tools and automated follow-up are separate services.
See the Direction Before Committing
Start with a free website preview. Share your current website if you have one, your main services, coverage, and a few project photos. We use that information to show a proposed direction. Once the scope is agreed, we write and build the pages, collect your feedback, and check the contact paths before launch. The schedule depends on the scope and when we receive your materials and approvals.
A Process That Starts With Listening
“They took my feedback and translated my vision into exactly what I wanted that represents my brand perfectly.”

How This Fits With Your Other Marketing
The build includes basic page SEO setup. Ongoing seo for excavation contractors is separate work based on your market and search data. Your Google Business Profile should also lead to a website that reflects the same services. See our wider marketing approach when you are deciding where to start. You can also review our contractor website design scope.
An Excavation Website Should Explain the Work Behind the Equipment
A construction company or property owner needs to understand whether your crew can handle the project. Equipment photos can support that explanation, but they should not replace clear services, coverage, and inquiry information.
We ask which types of excavation work you accept, what makes a job a good fit, and what a customer should tell you first. Your current site, project photos, and service knowledge give us the starting material.
Show the Site Before and After Your Work
Where you have suitable images, a sequence can show the original condition, the work in progress, and the stage your crew left ready for the next step. Descriptions explain your contribution.
We do not infer soil conditions, drainage performance, utility status, approvals, or underground infrastructure from an image. You confirm the facts that belong in the project description.
Ask for Useful Site Context
The inquiry form can collect the location, type of work, approximate scope, and target timing. Known access constraints or available plans may be useful to discuss during the first conversation.
The form delivers an email inquiry. It does not issue a binding quote, reserve equipment, set a mobilization date, or provide an engineering opinion. Your team decides what assessment is needed.
Make Coverage Practical
A Service Area page should explain where you work and any meaningful travel limits. Separate city or service area pages are additional work, quoted before they are added.
We keep the contact route easy to find on mobile and desktop. A new website should help visitors understand the business and request the next step without having to interpret a collection of machine photos.
