How Much Does a Contractor Website Cost?
A contractor website costs $2,000 to $5,000 with Evergreen Web Solutions, depending on the number of pages and the scope of the build. Hosting and management is separate, at $75 or $100 per month.
Choose the scope your business needs.
A roofer with a focused service offering may need fewer pages than a general contractor offering kitchens, additions, garages, and other work across several cities. We plan the pages around what customers need to understand, rather than adding pages simply to reach a package limit.
Each package includes original copywriting, responsive design, contact and inquiry setup, foundational SEO, analytics and Search Console setup, and client ownership.

What changes the price?
More services and a wider service area can mean more information to organize and write. A dedicated service page gives you room to explain the work, common problems, what customers should expect, and the details that affect an estimate.
Project showcases add another layer of detail. We use your photos and confirmed project facts to explain what happened, what your team did, and why. Location pages should also offer useful local context, rather than repeating the same copy with a different city name.
Budget for the ongoing costs.
Hosting and management is month to month. Standard and Growth are $75 per month; Premium is $100 per month. Every package includes up to two hours of minor edits monthly. New pages and larger changes are quoted separately.
For twelve months of hosting and management, the build plus management totals are $2,900 for Standard, $4,400 for Growth, and $6,200 for Premium. Domain registration or renewal and optional services are separate.
Ongoing SEO and CRM automation are separate services. An optional $25 per month add-on texts website inquiry details to the contractor. It helps the owner review requests and recognize spam faster; it does not automatically filter submissions.
Compare what you are getting.
When comparing proposals, ask who writes the content, which pages are included, how many revisions you receive, and what happens after launch. Check ownership, ongoing fees, and the cost of future changes.
A lower build price can mean more work for you if you still need to write every page and arrange the search setup. A larger package is worthwhile when the additional pages have a clear purpose. We help you choose the scope before starting, and most builds take about two to four weeks depending on scope and communication speed.
